When we prepare a Comparative Marketing Analysis (CMA) of your home, we are careful to give you a realistic selling price. We do not believe in "buying" your listing by inflating the sell price of your home. This practice wastes precious time and doesn't take your best interest to heart.

We also give buyers the option of downloading our listings to their cell phone or PDA. From our website, prospective buyers can also download a printable version of a flyer describing your home. On our websites, we collect and manage a database of prospective buyers, and maintain relationships with these buyers until they are ready (literally!) to make the move.

We will mail "Just Listed" cards to surrounding neighborhoods, real estate professionals, and our database of active buyers.
